Convert Word to PDF online

Convert a Word document to PDF to share a reading copy. The service renders the document on the server; review elements that depend on fonts or features specific to the original editor.

How to use: Word to PDF

  1. Save the final version in Word and select the file in the tool.
  2. Check the available conversion options before processing.
  3. Wait for the PDF to be created and open the result preview.
  4. Review pagination, tables, headers, and footers; then download the PDF to share.

What to review before conversion

Check page breaks, orientation, margins, and wide tables in the original file. Accept or reject tracked changes for the version you want to distribute and remove comments that should not be shared.

Why might a font change?

The computer that created the file and the conversion server may have different fonts. If a font is unavailable, the editor may substitute it, affecting lines and pages. Prefer common fonts and compare the result with the original.

How to check a table that spans pages

Check that headings and rows remain readable, no columns extend beyond the page, and the total page count makes sense. If needed, adjust widths, orientation, or breaks in Word and convert again.

PDF does not mean impossible to edit

Converting to PDF makes distribution easier, but does not prove authorship or automatically create a digital signature. Keep the original editable version and use appropriate protection features when needed.

Free usage and limits

You can start without signing in, with 5 uses per IP per day. People sharing the same IP share this allowance, which resets at midnight Brasília time. Creating an account does not reset your balance. Check file, page, and availability limits in the tool.

Your files and results

Files are linked to your session or account. Download results before they expire, usually 60 minutes after completion. Review the output before using or sharing it.
