How to use: Merge PDF

1. Select the PDFs you want to combine. Check their names to avoid including the wrong document.
2. Drag files to set their order. Your chosen sequence becomes the order of the final document.
3. Start merging and wait for the task to finish.
4. Open the result, check the first and last page of each attachment, and download it.

How to organize a proposal with attachments

Place the proposal first, followed by the technical attachment and then the receipts. For example, a 3-page PDF and a 2-page PDF should produce 5 pages, unless you choose another organization operation. This page count helps you check that no attachment was left out.

Will the text and images stay the same?

Merge PDF combines existing pages; it does not convert to Word or compress the file. Pages can retain different sizes and orientations. To remove pages or change their individual order, use Organize pages.

Can I merge protected or signed files?

A password may prevent the file from being read. If you have permission and the password, unlock a copy before merging. A digital signature on the original is not automatically valid for the new document; keep the original signed file.

Merging does not mean compressing

The result may still be large because it contains all the attachments. To reduce its size, use Compress PDF after checking the merged file, then review readability again. These are two operations, and each tool consumes one use.

Free usage and limits

You can start without signing in, with 5 uses per IP per day. People sharing the same IP share this allowance, which resets at midnight Brasília time. Creating an account does not reset your balance. Check file, page, and availability limits in the tool.

Your files and results

Files are linked to your session or account. Download results before they expire, usually 60 minutes after completion. Review the output before using or sharing it.
